Our school nursing teams require the following information to accept a referral:
patient name
patient address
patient contact details
patient date of birth
GP details
name of the school they attend
details of any relevant health issues
Referrals to the school nursing service are usually made directly to the school nursing team attached to the school.

Duty line is available 5 days a week from 9am to 5pm. Parents and young people can call for support and advice. The duty line will be staffed by an administrator, School Nurse or Health Visitor. Duty Number Barnet: 0207 288 3211. Email: hcp.4barnet@nhs.net

Complications from excess weight clinic (CEW): GOSH -
Our clinic will identify and treat the complications of obesity such as diabetes, heart disease, sleep apnoea and poor mental health.
Bedwetting service (over 5yr):
Paediatric nocturnal enuresis senior nurse. The service covers the Barnet areas and children are seen from the age of 5 years up to 18 years, offering clinic appointments for new referrals, as well as regular telephone support. CRITERIA FOR REFERRAL TO NOCTURNAL ENURESIS CLINIC: Must have nocturnal enuresis, be aged five to nineteen years, Resident/GP in the Borough of South Barnet (part NW2, NW4, NW7, part NW9, NW11, N2, N3, N11, part HA8) and all of Enfield. Exclusions: Severe daytime wetting, complex psychological difficulties, Constipation (unless treated) and UTIs, All other postcodes.
